The ASHRAE Tennessee Valley Chapter is centered in Chattanooga, Tennessee and covers the surrounding area. The Chapter holds monthly meetings from September through May, usually meeting for lunch on the first Wednesday of the month.

TOPIC: BIM Building

SPEAKER: Pete Zyskowski,
Director Technical Services at Applied Software and BIM Strategist
In a recent project, Pete Zyskowski
was a BIM Modeler & BIM Integrator for the GSA’s Tuscaloosa Federal
Courthouse, a 124,000 SF federal building and courthouse. He managed
the BIM team working on this project providing the GSA with
Architectural, Structural, MEP-FP, and Site/Civil models in both
Revit and Civil 3D. His duties also included modeling and family
creation for a large portion of the Architectural model.
Mr. Zyskowski has over 10 years of
architectural industry experience with firms such as John Portman &
Associates and Niles Bolton Associates. He is also a LEED
Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.

Lunch meetings begin at 11:30, and include an excellent meal. The meal is prepaid for local chapter members as part of their annual dues. Visitors can note on the sign-in sheet at the meeting whether they or their sponsor should be billed the $15 for the meal. Student members always
are given free meals. Please note that vegetarian or low carb meals are available but must be requested early.
The meetings are usually called to order at noon.
